Why plan your corporate holiday party in the Hill Country

A holiday party should feel like a break from the office, not another meeting with pizza or snacks. Our gardens, natural lit rooms, and seasonal, garden-inspired menus give your team a reason to slow down, linger at the table, and actually enjoy each other’s company. We handle the setup, the food, and the cleanup, so the planner (you!) gets to celebrate too.

We’re an easy drive from Austin and San Antonio, which makes us a natural group event venue for teams across the Hill Country and beyond.

Book an on-site holiday party in November, December, or January by Cyber Monday (11/30), and we’ll add a complimentary Texas Wine Country Grazing Board for your group:

A midweek holiday luncheon in the Wisteria Room, venue rental waived

Gather up to 25 people in the Wisteria Room for a festive team holiday lunch. Book a midweek (Tuesday–Friday) luncheon by Cyber Monday (11/30), and your venue rental fee is waived.

    • 2.5-hour time slot
    • Order off the menu or a limited menu
    • $250 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date, which goes toward your bill

Gather & Graze Breakfast: a holiday team morning

Coffee, muffins, and a little white elephant mischief. Gather & Graze is a morning in the Wisteria Room built for white elephant exchanges or off-site team bonding.

    • Up to 25 people in the Wisteria Room
    • $900 + 28% service charge
    • Includes venue rental, two sweet & savory boards, two dozen assorted muffins, and a coffee station

Where can I host a company holiday party in Fredericksburg, TX?

Hill Country Herb Garden hosts on-site holiday parties for groups of up to 100 guests, plus luncheons, breakfasts, and happy hours for smaller teams. Book by Cyber Monday (11/30) for a complimentary Texas Wine Country Grazing Board with your November, December, or January party.

The midweek holiday luncheon in the Wisteria Room and the Gather & Graze Breakfast are both designed for up to 25 people. For 20 or fewer, the Holiday or New Year Happy Hour is a flat-rate package.

Yes. We offer drop-off holiday catering for November, December, and January, and you’ll get 10% off when you book by Cyber Monday (11/30). Orders have an $800 minimum after the discount, plus a 10% service fee. Holiday lunch boxes are also available for pick-up in November and December.
