Spring Launch Week 2024
Join us as we celebrate our favorite time of year! The signs of a fruitful Spring are amplified on our garden grounds with the awakening of flora and fauna all around. Gentle blooms show off vibrant colors, pollinators return from their winter slumber and visitors and locals alike find themselves on cozy patios to take in the warmth and sunshine.
Spring Launch week will commence with an Arbor Day tree sale Sunday, April 21st and activities for all ages will be held throughout the week to pay homage to all that nature has to offer this Earth Day and Arbor Day!
*Take note of our community yoga classes, workshops, demos, and special restaurant hours, most of which will be complimentary. Note, if you’d like to participate in the Herbal Cocktail Class advanced tickets will be required.

Swallows Eve Event Barn
FHS Culinary Program Benefit Dinner
Come indulge in a six-course dinner for a cause cooked and served by students of the Fredericksburg High School Culinary Arts Program on April 25th at Swallows Eve! Each course is paired with a local spirit or wine, generously donated by local businesses. All proceeds benefit the Fredericksburg High School Culinary Arts Program.
Tickets are $185 per person General Admission | Tables of 8 can be purchased by buying 8 individual seats | FISD Faculty & Staff are $100 per person | Parents of FISD students are $75
In addition to a silent auction, the students have created a beautiful menu with guidance from their instructor Micah Weldon, as well as Chef David Gooch of Swallows Eve.

Garden Pergola
Rock & Vine Spring Release Party
We are excited to invite you to the Spring Issue Release Party of Rock & Vine on Thursday, May 2nd from 5 - 7 PM ✨🥂
A complimentary welcome drink and small bites will be available for you to enjoy in the Garden Pergola in addition to a cash bar.
Texas Heritage Vineyards will be on-site pouring tastings and 20% of all wines by the glass will go to The Little Hearts Child Development Center.
