SPA ETIQUETTE
At a minimum, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You are welcome to enjoy our Infrared Sauna and to relax in our Facility before or after your treatment.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Turn off and secure all personal communication devices to maintain the relaxing environment in our Spa. Cameras and video recording equipment are strictly forbidden in our Spa to honor our guest’s privacy.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Spa services is reserved for guests 18 years of age and over. Under 18 years of age a parent / legal guardian has to read and sign our waiver of rights and give permission for the minor to receive the treatment. For guests under 15 years of age a parent / legal guardian must be always present in the Spa as well as in the treatment room.

MEDICAL ACCOMMODATIONS
Please notify us of any healthcare concerns or medical conditions as certain services may not be recommended.

SPA RESERVATIONS
We recommend scheduling your spa services well in advance due to the high demand and specific nature of spa services. Cottage guests are encouraged to book their spa services at the time of booking their accommodations. A credit card number is required to guarantee all spa services. All appointments are based upon availability

PRENATAL TREATMENTS FOR EXPECTING MOTHERS
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Please consult your healthcare provider and provide written medical approval to receive Pregnancy Massage. Pregnancy Massage may only be performed in the second or third trimesters.

SERVICE CHARGE
Please check out with the Spa receptionist at the end of your Spa Day. Appointments that are not checked out the day of will result in a charge to the credit card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY/ LATE ARRIVALS
Cancellation made 48 hours or less before the appointment will be subject to charge a fee of 50% of the service rate.

A fee of the full-service rate will be charged when missing the appointment without prior notice (“no-call / no-show”).
