Step 3: Pair Your Wine with the Perfect Bite

After a day of sipping, unwind back at your cottage with our Wine Road 290 Charcuterie Board, crafted with gourmet cheeses, cured meats, and house-made accompaniments. Pair it with a favorite Fredericksburg bottle—or one of our in-room wines—for a relaxing evening in.

Step 4: Enjoy the Festivities at Oktoberfest (Oct. 3-5)

Experience the charm of Fredericksburg’s renowned Oktoberfest, a three-day celebration of German heritage held in the heart of downtown at Marktplatz. From October 3 to 5, immerse yourself in live music on five stages, indulge in authentic German cuisine and beverages, and partake in family-friendly activities. This event has been recognized among the top Oktoberfests in the U.S.

Step 5: Experience the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival (Oct. 21–26)

This week-long event is a highlight of Wine Month, bringing together Texas wineries, local chefs, craft beverages, and Hill Country culture. Even better? A portion of proceeds supports the Hill Country Hospitality Relief Fund. [Learn more]
