Group Reservations & Deposit
Parties of 2-8 guests | Planning a larger gathering? We'd love to host you! To secure your reservation, we require a $20.00 per guest fee collected at the time of booking your reservation. Your entire deposit is applied directly to your final bill and dining experience.
- Parties of 9-18 guests | Planning a larger gathering? We'd love to host you. Groups of 9–18 guests are considered large group reservations and are booked directly through the restaurant. To ensure a seamless dining experience for your group, large parties will order from our specially curated large group menu, with a required $20.00 per guest deposit collected at the time of booking your reservation. Your entire deposit is applied directly to your bill and dining experience.
Private Events

Parties of 19 guests or more are hosted as Private Events at Hill Country Herb Garden. Our dedicated team of Event & Culinary Coordinators will work closely with you to ensure each detail reflects your vision.
- Private Event Guests enjoy an exclusive dining experience through our Culinary Guide - designed for a variety of parties in mind, showcasing the best of our kitchen and catering.
- We offer a variety of beautiful spaces to suit the size and style of your celebration. Room rental fees vary based on the space(s) reserved.
Room Blocks
- To reserve a room block, all 14 cottages must be booked. The Garden House is optional and may be added separately.
- A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to secure the block and will be applied toward the room of your choice.
- Any rooms not booked 45 days prior to the reservation date will be released to the public.
- We are happy to assist with coordinating additional amenities and activities for your group. Services charges may apply.

- Hill Country Herb Garden Tea Service - An elegant, unhurried afternoon featuring seasonal sweet and savory offerings and freshly brewed teas in our garden-inspired restaurant.
Group Lodging pricing is specifically for room blocks and reflects the coordination and management required for group reservations. While our website’s pricing may sometimes appear different, ‘Group Lodging’ provides dedicated group management and our team’s assistance in coordinating additional amenities and activities for your group’s experience.
